Dos and Don?ts of Penis Exercising
Penis exercises can be likened to any type of body fitness workouts. Another cause for pain is trying to overdo things. Some people are so hasty in their approach that they want to see results overnight and think that if they do more repetitions they will end up with a far larger penis. One should remember that the penis needs about two to three hours after an exercise routine to recuperate. Many feel that they have achieved a good erection during the routine and why waste it. But, it is essential to rest the penis than tax it with another session of sex or masturbation. It is also advisable to have sex the night you do your exercises. It is best to follow a regime of doing the exercises on alternate days so that you have other days to have sex and satisfy your self.
